Depends on the build, share with us what you had in mind. I can't really figure out either why would you do that.
I guess it would make a ranged wammo (self heal or armor bonus) :0 i can only see it in pve though, pvp maybe if you do spikes with lyssa against slow casting targets... Dervish energy regen and paragon adrenaline skills could function okay.

You can't use a primary paragon, because the forms require Mysticism to function properly.

You could use a Dervish primary though, I don't see any viable reason to do so though.

If you go D/P you can use Spears(cause of the really fast attack speed) and Whirling Charge for REALLY fast attacks. That would build Adreniline pretty fast. So you could do Wind Prayers, Spear Mastery, and Mysticsm(for avatar) or Earth Prayers (if you need the heal).

You could also do P/D and use a scythe since Paras have better energy management. But you couldn't use Avatars.
P/D
Reapers Sweep
Victorious Sweep
Eremite's Attack
Go For The Eyes
Anthem of Flame
Aggresive Refrain
Remedy Sig
Sig of Retun

Dunno how it will work but try it

Lyssa could be used with Spears, though Daggers are infinitely better. Balthazar just sucks.
Grenth with Spears isn't bad, actually. Ranged enchantment removal FTW :P
